All plans offer 2 months free on annual billing.

How does plan cancellation work?

Cancellation is simple, fast, and can be done at any time directly from the platform dashboard, without red tape, additional costs, or penalties.

After requesting cancellation, your plan will remain active and fully functional until the end of the current billing cycle, ensuring you enjoy the entire period paid for.

We guarantee no automatic charges in future cycles, and you will retain permanent access to all documents already created.

Can I choose the number of envelopes on my plan?

Yes! All plans allow you to purchase additional envelopes. Choose your plan based on the features you need (e.g., API, White Label) and adjust the envelope quantity to match your volume.

For example: on the Starter plan ($39/month with 20 envelopes included), if you need 50 envelopes per month, you add 30 extra at $2 each, totaling $99/month.

You can change the number of additional envelopes at any time, effective in the next billing cycle. No need to upgrade to a more expensive plan just for more envelopes.

How do envelopes work?

Each plan includes a set number of envelopes: 20 in Starter, 100 in Business, and 200 in Enterprise.

When you need more envelopes, you have two options:

Additional envelopes — added to your plan and automatically renewed each cycle. Cost $2 (Starter), $3 (Business), or $4 (Enterprise) on monthly billing, with 10% discount on annual billing. They expire at the end of the cycle, just like included envelopes.

One-time envelopes — for emergency needs. Cost $3 (Starter), $4 (Business), or $5 (Enterprise). They never expire and can be used at any time.

The platform always consumes plan envelopes (included and additional) before one-time envelopes, ensuring your permanent envelopes are preserved.

Which plans include the integration API and webhooks?

The full REST API and webhooks are included in Signater Business and Enterprise plans at no additional cost.

With these features, you can:
